Refund Policy

Guidelines for using a payment gateway:

If you use the payment gateway to make an online payment using a debit card, credit card, or net banking, you are doing so with the owner or account holder’s consent (in the unlikely event that you are not the cardholder or account holder yourself). If the payment cannot be processed for whatever reason, you must deposit funds into our bank account during the following four working hours or the reservation will be canceled. The reservation will be subject to availability in such circumstances. We are compelled to find the cardholder before we proceed with the payment if the transaction is deemed suspicious by our risk management team and to protect your payment from potential fraud. To complete your transaction, you will be required to provide a copy of your front-page card and a copy of your identity card. Your transaction or reservation will be discontinued or canceled immediately if you fail to provide the required documentation on time (for more information on this, get in touch with our customer service). The user will be required to pay transaction processing fees to use the payment gateway. Even if the user stopped or canceled the transaction, the cardholder will still be responsible for paying the processing fees. The user has access to additional payment options in addition to Payment Gateway, which is not the only means to create payments. Please contact us at care@goeazytravel.com for further information.

Policy for cancellation and refunds:

We follow an equivalent because each service provider has a unique refund and cancellation policy. Refunds will only be performed using the original manner of payment. Refund Policy and Procedures: Reservations that are eligible for a refund in accordance with the cancellation policy stated in each booking will be entitled to one (if applicable) and reimbursed within 15 to 20 working days of the date of the cancellation request, less any applicable payment gateway processing fees.

Delivery Policy:

Booking services are confirmed as soon as payment is received, pending confirmation of payment information with your bank or credit card company. We then receive confirmation of the booking from the applicable service provider. The entire process could take up to two hours before we can deliver your final electronic ticket copy to the email address you provided.

Dispute resolution process:

In the event of a dispute, we kindly ask that you contact us through email or phone so we can be of further help. Our committed staff will then investigate the matter and do all possible to find a solution. When a booking is available, we always make an effort to reach a mutually agreeable resolution. In the event of a dispute, goeazytravel.com judgments will be considered final.
